Mr. Pratik Jani is the Founder and Managing Director of COMPAXED which is a \leading Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory firm at global level.

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, he has played a pivotal role in Conceptualizing, Structuring, and Executing Several Landmark Transactions across Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Large Private Equity Fundraising, Corporate and Strategy Advisory contributing meaningfully to the evolution of Global capital markets.

Since 2013, Mr. Jani has advised a wide range of corporates on their strategic and financial priorities, including capital raising, M&A, and complex Corporate Transactions with Strategic, Value and FDI / ODI Deals with well known deals on buy and sell side representations.

Mr. Jani acts as a Managing Director and CEO for the growth aspects of the business.

Mr. Jani’s advisory experience also extends to working closely with 30K+ Global Direct connects of Board of Directors, Large Private Equity Investors, AIFs, Family Offices, Royal Offices, HNI and UHNI Investors, M&A and Strategy Heads of Large Conglomerates and also have International Investor’s Pool from USA / UK / UAE / HK / SG and INDIA. Under his leadership, COMPAXED has expanded and diversified its service offerings, establishing itself as a trusted partner to mid-sized and large enterprises.

Mr. Jani holds an Engineering Degree and a Master’s Degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM Calcutta). He combines strong technical acumen with deep financial and strategic expertise, bringing a disciplined, value-driven, and globally aligned advisory approach to client engagements.

Mrs. Zarana Jani serves as the Co-Founder and Director of COMPAXED, a premier Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory firm with a formidable global footprint. Over a distinguished career exceeding a decade, Mrs. Jani has established herself as a cornerstone of the financial services industry, consistently delivering excellence through a blend of visionary leadership and i-banking mastery.

Her professional journey is marked by a pivotal role in the conceptualization, complex structuring, and seamless execution of numerous landmark transactions. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of high-stakes finance, including across verticals of Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Large Private Equity Fundraising, Corporate and Strategy Advisory.

In addition to her directorial responsibilities, Mrs. Jani functions as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this capacity, she is the primary architect of COMPAXED’s operational framework. Her influence is central to Global Expansion Strategy, New Business Identification, Comprehensive Business Operations.

Mrs. Jani’s leadership is backed by a robust academic background, holding a Bachelor’s Degree from Gujarat University and a Master’s Degree from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University.
